The needs of our customers are well-known to us. We understand that trouble-free running of business requires fully functional and reliable ICT infrastructure. Our technical staff provides complex service support for products and services, no matter whether they have been delivered by us or by some third party. The services provided cover all customer needs from individual interventions or consultancy meetings through continuous service support with defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) to full-scale management of the ICT infrastructure.

Through the service centers located in Prague and Prostějov we cover service requests of our clients on a 24/7/365 nation-wide basis with various response times and intervention schedules. In case of need, customer can make use of our logistic facilities for storage and consequent distribution of their critical spare parts.

On the same 24/7/365 basis, we operate own help desk for selected technologies covered by service agreements, which applies both to hardware and configuration software.

We offer and provide remote management of active elements within voice networks and data networks.

In order to avoid premature failures and to extend lifetime we can provide regular preventive maintenance of the hardware.

Our technical staff disposes of measuring instruments allowing them to measure the most important parameters of metallic, fiber-optic, and radio networks.

In close cooperation with customers, we are able to work with on the design and planning of fixed and radio networks, including selection of the right network elements and accessories.

We also offer services of mapping and documentation of the existing infrastructure at the customer's end.
