History of the company
HiTES CE s. r.o. is a subsidiary of ACDT-Holding GmbH & Co. KG. (SRN) with an ownership share of 54%, and MICOS spol. s r.o. with an ownership share of 41%.
The company began it activities in April 2009 as a successor organization of the ITS division of MICOS s.r.o., which has been successfully operating on the Czech ICT market for a long time. The ITS division of MICOS transferred all of its material assets, technical and staff background and business activities to HiTES CE. The main benefit of ACDT-Holding was experience from the field of telecommunications and arrival of specialists who had been working in this field for a long time.
Since the beginning of its activities HiTES CE has built a strong position in the area of providing services for telecommunications operators and technology suppliers, as well as in the field of supplying business ICT infrastructures.
The present
In addition to its activities in the area of technology for telecommunication networks, HiTES CE offers a wide range of products and services for corporate clients and public institutions. The offer includes solutions such as cable infrastructures, IT areas and comprehensive designs and implementation of data and voice networks. We provide our clients with a complete life cycle of services that include initial consultation and analysis, solutions, supply and implementation proposals and warranty and post-warranty service.
The service requirements of our clients are handled at centres in Prague and Prostějov, and these include continuous emergency services (24h/7d) for customers with contractually-guaranteed warranty and post-warranty service parameters.
Our technical staff meets high qualification requirements and they regularly improve their knowledge by participating in specialized product trainings. Their high professional level is evidenced by certificates for most of the offered products.
HiTES CE specialists are equipped with modern measuring technology for offered solution areas, including cable infrastructure, high-speed optical technology and wireless solutions. Measuring instruments undergo regular maintenance and calibration as prescribed by their manufacturers.
